Jason and Michelle reportedly had a four-hour date at L.A.’s famed Chateau Marmont on February 27. A source tells Us Weekly that the two joked over wine and laughed all night.
“They were super giggly,” a witness says. The witness adds that Williams’ bestie, Busy Phillips, joined the two briefly before leaving. Segel and Phillips costarred in Freaks and Geeks.
Hollyscoop talked to Jeff and tried to get him to dish on his latest love. “Uh…I don’t comment on my personal life these days,” Jason told us.
He did have something to say about what he could offer in a relationship:
“I’m very intelligent,” Jason told Hollyscoop. Segel also had us “super giggly,” too, when he professed his love for Hilary Clinton: “I wouldn’t even say (Hilary is) a crush; more of a...I just feel like we’re on a collision course for comedy. It’s like she is the new Kristen Wiig!”
We also talked to Segel’s Jeff Who Lives At Home costar, Ed Helms, who had nothing but rave reviews for Jason. Ed told Hollyscoop:
“Jason Segel just pinched my bottom. THAT’S what it’s like to work with him! All day long, bottom pinching. He’s the best.”
Ed continued: “Jason Segel is an effortless actor and an absolutely hilarious individual and [sweet] guy. It’s everything you could hope for in a cast mate and colleague."
Plus, he pinches your butt!
