Every woman envies Michelle Obama’s arms and her perfectly toned bod. And apparently so does the President.
Michelle is featured on the new cover of ‘Better Homes and Gardens’ because well…her home is better than yours and so is her garden. In the issue she confesses she’s in better shape than her hubby—President Barack Obama.
“I always tease him I’m in better shape than he is,” joked the First Lady about her husband. “I can do long workouts. He’s the President,” she jokes.
She also confessed she became passionate about fighting childhood obesity after her kid’s doctor told her her two girls are gaining weight.
She noticed it in herself, too: “I realized that some clothes were getting tighter. I didn’t know what was going on.” She started spending more time at the gym, and now she says it’s paid off.
Sure, we all hated Brussels sprouts as a kid, but Michelle insists it’s easy to change their mind. “Children’s habits can be changed so much easier than adults,” she told the magazine. “They don’t have control over their diet – we do.”
