Michael '$100 Million Dollar' Phelps is such a hot commodity these days, he's pulling in chicks left and right. Michael's latest conquest is Aussie swimmer Stephanie Rice.

According to the NY Post, Phelps and Rice were seen sucking face at a celebratory bash outside the Olympic Village.

"I definitely admire him for his athletic ability and everything he's achieved," gushed Rice, who posed with Phelps at a Speedo shoot last week. "I'm just really glad to be in the mix with that."

Take that Amanda! Out with the old, in with the new. Wonder who Phelps' next victim will be? As long as it’s not Lohan, we're happy for him.
