Security Video From Michael Jackson's Death Has Been Erased

Someone has some 'splainin' to do! The security footage from the day Michael Jackson passed away has been permanently deleted.

Police failed to make copies of the footage the day MJ passed away because they didn't suspect any foul play. How dumb can someone be? I remember thinking there was something shady going on that day when Dr. Murray straight up disappeared. There was nothing natural about Michael's death, but apparently I'm quicker at figuring these things out than trained police officers.

So not only did they fail to make extra copies, they taped over the original tape. Genius. Someone give them a raise.

Dr. Conrad Murray's lawyers were going to go court today to ask the judge to order authorities to turn over 24 hours of surveillance footage to help with their defense but video – which would show who entered the house and when on the day he died – is lost.

So far the trial has been delayed because the prosecution and the defense are still passing information between them even though Dr. Murray wanted a quick court case due to financial difficulties. His lawyer J. Michael Flanagan said: "We need to go to trial right away. We don't have the budget that would let us draw this out."

Something tells me this is going to be the new O.J. trial. Do you still think Dr. Murray is responsible for MJ's death? Tell us your thoughts!
