New LAPD Report: MJ's Death Not Being Treated As a Homicide

Michael Jackson
Despite an earlier report from this morning, Michael Jackson’s death is not currently being treated as a homicide.

An LAPD spokesman told Access Hollywood that while the investigation into his death is ongoing, it is not being treated as a homicide at this point.

LAPD Officer Tenesh Dobine added that they do not know where TMZ came up with their alleged story this morning.

In addition, Dr. Conrad Murray is still in the clear at this point. His attorney Dr. Murray’s attorney told Access, “Investigators have not told us this is a homicide investigation.” Murray hasn’t been served any subpoenas either.

Dr. Klein’s attorney also released a statement, saying “The Los Angeles County Coroner’s Office has confirmed that Arnold Klein, MD is not a subject of the investigation into the death of his treasured friend and patient Michael Jackson.”

Seems like everyone is off the hook….for now. We know this will be an open case for a long time!

I don't think this was a homicide. Michael's death seems like an accidental overdose.

Just another death, that we will never really no the complete truth. Klien I wouldn't trust. I agree with myholly, Klien treasured Micheals bank account, along with Rowe. They will never tell you the truth.

Well, I was certainly hoping it was not a homicide. When I saw that headline earlier that was upsetting.

Yeah, Klein "treasured" Michael for his bank account! What a slime ball!
