Michael's Kids Granted Legal Representation

Michael Jackson
Michael Jackson’s three children will now have their own representation as their father’s affairs are settled in court.

A Los Angeles judge appointed a lawyer yesterday to act as a guardian ad litem to Prince Michael, Paris, and Blanket.

Her name is Margaret Lodise of the firm Sacks, Glazier, Franklin, and Glodise LLP, and she will be protecting the childrens’ interests in the battle over Michael’s estate.

Lodise will now make sure the children's portion of Jackson's estate is well protected as estate executors John Branca and John McClain attempt to put the star's affairs in order.

With the circus surrounding the cause of Michael’s death, it’s good to know the interests of Michael’s children are being protected. They’re the innocent ones, and deserve any money more than anyone else!

Great. But make sure the person representing them is being checked...

After everything that's been 'reported' (whether true or false) this is quite a relief to see.

Delighted to hear the children are being protected financially. If any one should get any money it is these kids. Hopefully put into trust until they are older. Meantime Katherine should get what is needed for there well being.

It's about darn time. I trust not one of his family to put the kids' interests first.
