Michael Jackson's Children to Be Raised By Aunt

The custody hearing over Michael Jackson's children is still a week away, but if his mother Katherine is awarded permanent guardianship, chances are Michael's sister Rebbie will raise them.

Rebbie has a home in Las Vegas that she shares with her husband of 20 years, and although she has kept a very low profile her entire life, according to TMZ, she's always been deeply involved in Michael's children's lives.

Rebbie has temporarily moved back into the Jackson's Encino home so she can help her mother Katherine care for the children, but if permanent guardianship is granted, the kids will move into her Vegas home with her.

What do you think about Katherine letting her daughter Rebbie care for the children in her place? Do you think it's a good move, or should the children stay with her at her Encino home?

I think micheal would be happy with that, stable family home, away from all hype. Katherine to old take care of them great idea. they have a normal family life for once

Michaels wishes should be honored,therefore,they should stay with their Grandmother whom they have been around & are close to!Uprooting them from familiar surroundings would be another traumatic change for them to go through...I Believe they are old enough to speak out as to what they would like for their future as well!

Rebbie, would certainly be better than that money seeking Debbie Rowe. Just keep them away from her. I think the Jackson family is far better for them.

i do believe whoever takes the kids is putting a target on themselves for the papparazzi, so their lives (rebbie) will change from that quiet life they had. cuz the news media is relentless.

As long as those kids are kept far away from Joe and their real mother I think it would be good for the kids. Has anyone considered what kind of security is going to be needed for these poor children for the rest of their lives?

This seems like a very good choice--if this is what the kids want. Her coming to stay with them and their grandma for awhile in order to make the transition easier seems like a sensitive thing to do.
