Halloween came a bit too late to London as Michael Jackson was spotted sporting a brand new wig and looking freakier than ever. Michael was sporting a Pluto t shirt and we are sure he was sipping on milk and eating cookies soon after this picture was taken. The singer is in London where he is set to make his first public performance at the World Music Awards on November 15.
Speaking of freak shows, we really feel bad for his children. Do they even go to school or associate with other kids?
