Michael Jackson's Autopsy Reveals He Was Healthy

Talk about a shocker! Michael Jackson's autopsy reports are in and they show he was perfectly healthy!

An autopsy report obtained by The Associated Press said MJ's "arms were covered with punctures, his face and neck were scarred and he had tattooed eyebrows and lips. But overall he was a fairly healthy 50-year-old."

He had some arthritis and his lungs had a little damage, but overall he was in good shape.

Wonder how this is going to play out in the homicide investigation against Michael's personal physician Dr. Murray?! It's definitely not going to help his case, that's for sure.
