After several delays,
Michael Jackson's autopsy reports have been delayed indefinitely.
Just yesterday the Los Angeles Coroner's office said the autopsy reports would be delayed for another week, but now we're getting word that those reports may never see the light of day.
The Los Angeles Times newspaper reports: “Word of the delay followed a meeting between officials from the Los Angeles County District Attorney's Office, the Los Angeles Police Department and the coroner's office to discuss progress in the case. Assistant Chief Ed Winter of the coroner's office said he could not say when the cause of death would be announced.”
A law enforcement source has claimed the delay is not the result of problems with the toxicology report or questions over how the case is being handled.
Meanwhile, Michael's physician Dr. Murray is still being investigated for manslaughter. Search warrants used to look through Dr. Murray’s Las Vegas office referred to Jackson as an “addict.”
In documents filed yesterday state police were looking for evidence of manslaughter, “prescribing to an addict, excessive prescribing” and “unprofessional conduct.”
The papers also showed officers were looking for anything relating to the “purchase, transfer, receiving, ordering, delivery and storage of Propofol.”
The further they investigate Dr. Murray, the shadier the man looks. He definitely has a few skeletons in his closet. And Michael's family members and fans are already blaming him for Michael's death.
While the investigation may not be complete yet, if there's anything he's already been found guilty of it's supplying hard-core drugs to an addict, and sadly Michael was addicted.
