More than two months after his death,
Michael Jackson will finally be laid to rest today.
The private funeral will take place at the Holly Terrace Grand Mausoleum at Forest Lawn Memorial Park in Glendale, CA. It is expected to start at 7pm and run for 45 minutes.
If you're planning on making a trip to the cemetery to catch a glimpse of the funeral, you can forget about it! Fans and media have been banned from the service and security guards will ensure that no one gets in without an invite.
Michael’s long-time friends Diana Ross and Aretha Franklin are expected to attend. Aretha Franklin will reportedly sing as Michael is lowered into his grave.
To protect Michael from some of his crazed fans (this is for all you "Billy Jeans"), the body will be encased in thick concrete to protect it from grave robbers.

Hollyscoop had previously reported, Michael will be paying for his own funeral via his estate after a judge granted his mother Katherine's request for financial assistance yesterday.
