Michael Jackson Settles Tax Debt

So I guess Michael Jackson isn't broke anymore. Either that or someone gave him a ton of money. Jackson settled an outstanding debt of $600,000.

That $600K barely covers his tax debt though, he's still another $23 million in debt for defaulted loans on his Neverland Ranch.

How the hell do you accumulate $20+ million in debt?? Talk about bad money management.
