Michael Jackson's summer tour hasn't kicked off yet and he's already facing a huge lawsuit.

Last year Michael's manager signed a contract on his behalf to perform with sister Janet and brothers Jackie, Tito, Jermaine and Marlon at the Cowboy Stadium in Arlington, Texas next year.
But the contract with AllGood Entertainment said he wasn't allowed to negotiate any other gigs, which means his summer tour in London goes against the contract, according to TMZ.com.
Michael was reportedly going to get paid $3 million for the show, Janet would receive $1 million, and the other brothers would each pocket $500,000. But Michael refused to do the show when he found out it would only air on pay-per-view.
The concert promoters are trying to negotiate a deal with Michael now, but Patrick Allocco of AllGood Entertainment tells TMZ.com he will sue Michael if he refuses to perform.
Getting paid $3 million to do one gig ain't shabby! Michael already owes millions in back pay (for just about everything) so he should be thankful for this opportunity. The last thing he needs is another lawsuit.
