Katherine Jackson Denied Access to Estate Information

Michael Jackson's mother Katherine has been denied access to financial information of Michael's estate by his attorneys arguing it is "potentially crucial" to an upcoming hearing.

Katherine Jackson filed court papers on Tuesday demanding to see financial documents and contracts her son entered into with his lawyers, record label and concert officials, but her request was flat out denied.

Los Angeles Superior Court Judge Mitchell Beckloff delayed dealing with the request until Monday, which is the same day she's due in court to find out if she's been granted permanent guardianship of Michael's three kids.

Katherine has been battling with John Branco and business associate John McClain, the temporary administrators of Jackson's estate in and out of court.

The Judge may decide at Monday's hearing whether Branco and McClain will become permanent representatives of Michael's estate, estimated to be worth more than $500 million. Drama! We'll keep you guys posted on how this pans out in court.
