Katherine Jackson Considering Wrongful Death Lawsuit

The saga over Michael Jackson’s death and estate continues. On the heels of yesterday’s hearing comes news that Katherine Jackson may be taking things to the next level.

Katherine is reportedly considering the idea of filing a wrongful death lawsuit against Dr. Conrad Murray. TMZ reports that Katherine’s attorney Burt Levitch says she is considering filing the suit because of the circumstances surrounding his death.

He said in a statement, "The possibility of a wrongful death action has been floated. Dr. Murray's name has been floated [as a possible defendant in the potential lawsuit] because he is under investigation."

Murray has obviously been the focal point throughout this entire investigation, with speculation over whether or not he contributed to Michael’s death by administering Propofol to him.
