Michael Jackson's personal physician Dr. Conrad Murray is set to appear in court today--but it has nothing to do with MJ.
Dr. Murray wants a judge to dismiss his child support case because he's broke. He's more than $13,000 behind on payments, but he's asking the judge to allow him to pay a minimal amount of just $100, reports TMZ.
Meanwhile, Michael's sister Janet Jackson is blaming Dr. Murray for the death of her brother in a new interview with ABC's Robin Roberts.
"He was the one that was administering ... I think he is responsible," she says in the new interview, which airs on Wednesday.
"It's been a tough year ... You have your days where it's just really -- it's hard to believe. And a day doesn't go by that I don't think about him," she added.
Recalling the day of his death, she said, "I was at my house in New York. You know, another day. Another morning. And I get a call ... [my assistant] said, 'Your brother's been taken to the hospital. It's on CNN right now.
"I called everyone's phone. There's a line busy or -- someone wasn't picking up. I spoke to mother. I spoke to Tito. I spoke to my nephew Austin. I spoke to my sister La Toya."
She added, "It just didn't ring true to me. It felt like a dream. It's still so difficult for me to believe. It's, you know, you have to accept what is. But it's hard. You have to move on with your life. You have to accept what is and I understand that."
Dr. Murray is still under investigation for Michael's death, but it looks like he has a messy child support case to clear up first. More details surrounding Dr. Murray's court hearing coming soon!
