Dr. Conrad Murray is the Sole Focus of Jackson Investigation

The main focus right now regarding Michael Jackson’s death is the investigation into whether or not he was being prescribed medication illegally by his doctors.

Over the last couple of weeks, countless revelations have been made, and all signs point to the fact that Michael had been taking too many prescription medications.

Dr. Conrad Murray insists he wasn’t responsible in any way for the death of his former client, and his lawyer says he’s not being investigated criminally.

However, new developments suggest that Dr. Murray’s days are numbered, and that the LAPD are gearing up to take him down. A source very close to the investigation tells Radar that he “is going down.”

The source added that several former Jackson doctors are being looked into, but Murray “is the primary person being investigated.”

There’s also talk that despite the LAPD refusing to publicly call it a “criminal investigation,” that it very much is so. The source close to the investigation says Dr. Murray could be facing negligent homicide charges.

Investigators are waiting for full results from Jackson's autopsy, which have been delayed for two weeks.

Dianne---some people's reaction to a dire situation is to run. It's a fact. Maybe he did not understand the extent of Michael's problem. He came on to do a job and was totally misinformed. He panicked. Hey it's Michael Jackson

I find it strange, that he made himself unavailable straight after Micheals death. Why not just face the music. I always think if your guilty you tend to keep a low profile. Whatever his involvement, I wouldn't trust him.

I think MJ may have died of a genuine heart attack, which will let all these drug dealers off the hook. Think about it. He was not excersing (dancing) for at least 5 yrs, doing hard core drugs for those 5 yrs (maybe more), then takes on a 50 date concert. He was 50. All his disorders/drugs has to take a toll on the heart

MJ was given a lousy doctor to take care of him. I know MJ was an addict, but he trusted his doctors to monitor him and this one was incapable and let him die.

I have said all along that it is negligent homicide. It's so obvious that it was a form of murder.It's about time we crack down on these idiot Doctors.Too many have died because of their being star struck.It's disgusting!!! I hope they don't stop with this one Doctor though. I'm sure there are several others that contributed to Michael's demise over the years.Put them all away for life!!!Maybe if they realize there is a consequence for their actions,it will stop other Doctor's from enabling celebs in the future.

He was the last doctor with him. Probably gave him a little too much and walked away instead of keeping an eye on him like Michael expected him to. He probably thought he would be okay, then came back later and saw that he wasn't breathing and panicked, but that's only what I think happened.

It just seems shady that he disappered...then refused cooperation after refusing to sign the death certificate, etc. I just wish they would wrap this thing up and let MJ and his family be at peace!
