Custody Hearing Over Michael's Children Postponed

The custody hearing over Michael Jackson's children has been postponed again.

The hearing was supposed to take place this coming Monday, but it has been rescheduled for July 20th. The request was made by attorneys for Katherine Jackson, Joe Jackson and Debbie Rowe. It will now take place on July 20 at 8:30 a.m.

"All prior orders remain in full force and effect, with Katherine Jackson as temporary guardian of the children," according to a Los Angeles Superior Court statement released Friday afternoon.

Debbie Rowe, who is the biological mother of Prince and Paris, has not filed a petition for temporary guardianship yet, says a courthouse spokesperson, but she has said she's still considering if she'll fight for custody.

Debbie Rowe needs to disappear and go back to the cave she crawled out of. Those kids don't even know who she is. And if guardianship is granted to Debbie, which we doubt, it'll mean that the kids will be split up. No one knows who Blanket's biological mother is.

I kept seeing Christian Brando's face in Prince Michael I's face and decided to google the question. Much to my surprise I found a reader here that sees the same thing. Then I remembered Michael was a friend of Mico Brando and it certainly seems too much of a coincidence. I would be willing to bet it's true.

I think Debbie Rowe should have a right to visit the children (and the children SHOULD (eventually)know the truth of who they are) BUT, I think that legal guardianship should go to one of Jacksons siblings. Michael hated his father for a reason and a good one, at that. Whats to say it won't happen again? If they end up with Katherine that is definitely a possiblity. She was unable, for whatever reason to stop the abuse then, I'm sure she won't be able to stop it if it happens again. That's just my opinion

As for who the father is--it's Michael, no matter what. After all, adoptive parents are a kid's real parents.

i think it should be up to the kids, the only reason she wants custody is because of all the money that comes with the kids. she is a disgrace and should leave the kids where they belong instead of uprooting them from the only family they have ever known.

Okay...this is just my opinion,I feel since Rowe is their mother if she wants to spend time with her children she should be allowed, but custody should be with Katherine. I'm starting to think that Prince Michael I is Rowe and Brando's son. He looks just like Christian Brando when he was his age. Paris in my opinion is Rowe and Klein's and Blanket is a Brando and ???. That's just my 2 cents. I hope I don't offend anybody because in the end I truly believe they are Michael's children.

It shouldn't be a matter of entitlement in all due respect for the children. They should be with the family they know. Leave them with the Jacksons, it could destroy them to give them to a person they don't really know. How sad. At 11 and 12 years old, they should be asked, where they want to be. Debbie Rowe is my eyes is just a money seeking woman. You would think if she had the childrens best interest at heart, she would leave them be. God Bless them. Also you couldn't split Blanket from Paris and Prince Micheal.

yea, myholly is right. i feel so sad for those kids. they should have a say in this. they should be with katherine. the are comfortable with the family and they get along. they dont know debbie rowe and she just wants this cause of money.

It sounds as if they are negotiating with each other to make an out of court settlement...and need more time to finalize it!
