The custody hearing regarding Michael Jackson's children has been postponed again!
It's the third time the hearing has been postponed. It was originally scheduled for July 13th, then it got pushed back to July 20th and it will now take place on Aug. 3 at 8:30 a.m.
The first custody hearing was scheduled on July 6, but Rowe's lawyers asked for a continuation.
The hearing was postponed for the second time because a request was made by attorneys for Katherine Jackson, Joe Jackson and Debbie Rowe, but it's unknown why it was delayed for the third time.
If it's not his autopsy reports being delayed, it’s the custody battle. Michael passed away almost a month ago and everything has remained in limbo since. The poor guy hasn't even been buried yet!
Clearly, it’s in the children's best interest for Michael's mother Katherine to have full custody, but we'll what to wait and see what tricks Debbie has up her sleeve. Let's hope for the kid’s sake it doesn't get nasty.
