Conrad Murray Officially Charged in Michael Jackson Death

Michael Jackson's personal physician Dr. Conrad Murray has officially been charged with involuntary manslaughter.

According to the criminal complaint, the D.A. alleges Dr. Murray "did unlawfully, and without malice, kill Michael Joseph Jackson ... in the commission of an unlawful act, not a felony; and in the commission of a lawful act which might have produced death, in an unlawful manner, and without due caution and circumspection."

He's set to be arraigned today at 1:30PM and will plead not guilty, reports TMZ. Bail should be set at $25,000.

If convicted, Dr. Murray faces a maximum of 4 years in prison! Stay tuned for more details...story developing!

And much like with assholes you like you Dynomoose that it is the doctor's responsibility on what to prescribe not the patient. MJ was an entertainer not a doctor.

Jackson kills himself with his drug addiction and someone else gets the blame. In death, as in life, Michael Jackson is not held responsible for his own bad behavior.
