$25 Charge to Attend Michael Jackson Memorial

Michael Jackson’s official memorial service has been scheduled for Tuesday July 7th at Staples Center in LA. But this isn’t a freebie!

If you wish to attend, you’ll have to shell out $25.

Family, friends, and VIPs at the memorial will sit on the main floor, while the general public will sit in the stands. So it’ll be exactly like a Laker game! Celebrities on the floor, regular people up top!

The memorial service will feature music, guest speakers, and video screens inside and out of Staples Center.

According to Radar Elizabeth Taylor and Diana Ross are expected to attend.

Vendors will sell Michael’s “This Is It” tour T-shirts outside of the venue as well. The service will be held between 10AM and Noon July 7th.

What a blinking mess, I wonder if because "Papa Joe' was not in the will, he has decided to sell his sons, life and passing, for his damn gain...If it is true a Million will "Be There" what a piece of work he is..although $25.00 is not a lot of money , I feel the family should do it in honor of the beloved son , brother, they so claim to truly miss. Something truly is off here..and it is not the start of the "Knight Shift" yet..~!~

The money will help to pay for the venue as was said before, and $25 isn't a big charge for something like this It's nice that the family is sharing this memorial with the public. They didn't have to.

I can't believe there is a charge, however, I do realize that renting a venue such as the Staples Center is expensive. It just seems wrong to be selling MJ merchandise at the funeral. I heard they were expecting about 1 million people to view the body.

I predicted they would charge a fee, and that Papa Joe would be right there collecting it with his grubby little hands. He will probably be hawking the tee shirts as well! He will have his little chrome coin changer strapped to his belt...and a BIG GREEDY smile on his face! Don't forget to ask him about his new company, Ranch Records!
