Mel Gibson Ordered to Appear in Court

Mel Gibson has been ordered to appear in court. According to TMZ, he must show up in person for a deposition within the next few weeks as part of the custody case with Oksana Grigorieva.

According to the report, Gibson must appear before a judge before November 10 to give his deposition. Grigorieva must also give one, but on a different date, and supervised by a judge.

Each of their depositions will cover child custody issues only.

The judge will also decide on November 10 whether the $20,000/month Mel has been ordered to pay in child support includes Oksana's housing costs.

Speaking of the baby mama, according to reports, she’s hired 39 lawyers to fight her legal battle against Gibson. She’s spent over a million dollars so far. But her newest lawyer Lisa Bloom seems to disagree.

"Oksana has had only a handful of different law firms in this case, though occasionally other lawyers in their firms may have pitched in. It is totally false to say she's had 39 lawyers. She currently has three, and I am proud to be one of them."
