Eyewitness in Mel Gibson Case Dies

A woman who was a key eyewitness in the Mel Gibson case has passed away.

The unnamed woman was the babysitter for Mel and Oksana Grigorieva’s baby girl, and had been battling stage four cancer. According to RadarOnline.com, she was witness to Gibson’s rants first-hand.

Sources say Mel became furious on January 6th after finding his daughter Lucia at home with the babysitter while Grigorieva attended a basketball game for her 12-year-old son Sascha. He went storming around the house, slamming doors and yelling.

According to Grigorieva, the nanny even became so scared at one point that she hid in a bedroom with the baby. He then called Oksana on the phone, and the babysitter heard him say, “I want to f**king destroy you.”

The woman never provided a statement direct to law enforcement investigators before she died, nor did she write a declaration in support of Oksana.

While she was considered a potentially strong witness, notably, the woman left Mel’s Malibu mansion before he allegedly punched Oksana twice in the face as she held their infant daughter, leaving her with two broken veneers and a concussion.

This unnamed woman was who Mel was referring to when he uttered one of his now-infamous lines, “I will fire (name omitted) if she’s at your house. I will make it known and fire her. I’ll report her to the f**king people that take f **king money from the wetbacks, ok?”

Poor woman had to deal with that maniac when she was basically on her death bed?! We hope Grigorieva’s testimony about that day is taken into consideration even without a statement from the nanny!
