Megan Fox Reveals Her Post Baby Weight Loss Secrets

 

Megan Fox gave birth less than three months ago and if you’ve seen Megan Fox lately, she looks fresh out of a GQ photoshoot.

It’s patently unfair how perfect she looks so soon after birth. In fact, the post-baby pounds are probably her best look.

Megan reveals that her weight loss secret isn’t even that revolutionary.

“I’m not eating dairy, that’s my biggest secret. It’s really hard on your hormones and it’s not good. If you want to gain weight, eat dairy. If you don’t, don’t eat it,” Megan tells Hollyscoop exclusively at the premiere of her new film This Is 40.

In fact, Megan hasn’t really worked out at all, not like we blame her, it’s only been 2 and a half months since her son Noah was born.

“I didn’t do that much [working out] because after you have a baby, it’s very difficult to work out and I wouldn’t recommend it,” says the actress.

That being said, Megan is super surprised at how good she looks and joked, “I should have pre-endorsed some sort of workout something, so that I could be selling it now!”

Megan also told us her family's new addition is a little “bossy.”

“[Noah’s] very bossy! He’s only two and a half months and he’s super opinionated and I’m already a complete save to him!”
