It’s that time of year where a lot of people’s favorite shows are getting canceled. This week alone we found out the fate of Samantha Who?, My Name is Earl, and even the Gossip Girl spin-off that starred Brittany Snow! That was one we really looking forward to.

Medium, which stars Patricia Arquette, was also headed to the archives, but has just been saved! The show was a pretty big hit on NBC, and CBS couldn’t believe they were letting the show go like that.

So rather than leave Patricia and her cast in the dust, CBS picked up the show! It’s now part of their official lineup for fall. Medium will air Friday nights at 9PM.
