According to In Touch Weekly, Mathew is at the top of the list of "Hollywood's Biggest Party Animals". Matthew McConaughey is listed as No. 1 because "he's always shirtless" and travels the world. Where does all the partying come into place we have no idea.

What is more surprising is that panty-free Britney Spears and Lindsay Lohan didn’t even make the cut and Colin Farrell did.
