Mathew McConaughey a Rapist or a Hero?

A Los Angeles judge has dismissed a lawsuit filed by Matthew McConaughey's ex-girlfriend, Ashley Moye, which claims the actor stalked, drugged, raped and attempted to kill her. Moye states that she and McConaughey dated as teenagers until she dumped him for another man. Moye alleges that she was raped by Mathew when she refused to marry him, after the two met again years later while both were studying Scientology. Ms. Moye's suit also alleges that the actor attempted to render her unconscious with drugged milk and showed their sex tape to his friends.

This is a pathetic plea for an bitter,psycho ex-girlfriend who wants to milk some cash from this rich hunk.

In more believable news, we hear from our British pals that Mathew is a true Hero. The sexiest man alive recently saved a kitty from being potentially burned to death. It all happened when he was driving through Sherman Oaks, California and saw something that made him stop in his tracks. A group of kids had covered a cat in hairspray and were trying to set it alight. Mathew got out of his car, confronted the kids, grabbed the hairspray and took the frightened feline off to an animal shelter. A pal told the Daily Mirror: "He was so angry he went on about it for days afterwards." Now that’s the story we love hearing about the Sexiest Man in Hollywood.
