Camila Alves Secrets to Staying Slim

Three kids, a modeling career, and a size zero waist? Who, how, what and why? We’re talking about Matthew McConaughey’s hot wife Camila Alves and how she manages to bounce back to supermodel size after having three kids.

After each baby she tells Hollyscoop, “I did exercise really hard. I had a trainer that I worked with 6 days a week and sometimes do it even twice a day.”

But Camila emphasizes that the key to weight loss is a great diet.

“At the end of the day, it’s not about how much you’re exercising if you don’t have the right diet,” she tells us at the QVC “Red Carpet Style” event, “I say, 6 days of really healthy eating and then have one day where you can cheat and eat whatever you want.”

Her other major diet tip: “Make sure you drink a lot of water.”

However, she confides in us that since her son Livingston was born in December she hasn’t been following her strict exercise rules YET.

“To be quite honest, I'm still recovering from having the baby 7 weeks ago, so I'm not really exercising that hard. I'm not allowed to do any of that stuff yet so I'm really trying to eat right and drink a lot of water and that kind of stuff,” Camila tells us.
