Actor Matthew Fox has had an interesting year to say the least. The former "Lost" star has made headlines a couple of times this week alone and it's not the kind of headlines you want if you've got a career as an actor. Is Fox simply the victim of random slander? You decide.
Let’s separate fact from accusation, on a timeline. And we aren’t talking about Facebook, so let’s rock this one in sequential order.
Accusation: A Cleveland party bus driver filed a lawsuit against Fox, claiming that he repeatedly struck her after she refused to let him on board.
Apparently, Fox was intoxicated. He was sued by the for “battery and infliction of emotional distress” after delivering "sudden and severe blows to [the accusers] right breast, groin, arm and legs, inflicting severe, disabling injury and pain."

Fact: The Cleveland bus assault suit has officially been dropped. Entertainment Weekly reports that apparently the accuser was difficult to work with, her lawyer saying that she "intentionally failed and refused to provide full and timely cooperation and information." And worst of all, she didn’t pay her legal bills.
So we’re at 50/50 here people, two facts, two accusations = hung jury.
