Law enforcement officials confirm that Fox was cuffed on May 4 at 3:23 A.M. by Bend Police on suspicion of driving under the influence. The actor was taken to Deschutes County jail where he was booked and released later that day.

Over the weekend, Lost star Matthew Fox was detained by police in Cleveland, Ohio after assaulting a woman outside of a bar, according to TMZ.
Law enforcement present at the scene say that Fox was trying to enter a party bus, but he wasn’t a guest on the vehicle. The woman driving the bus tried to stop him from getting on board, and that’s when Fox punched her in the breast and “stomach area”.
And…surprise! Fox was apparently pretty drunk during this whole thing. Which makes the whole “stomach area” part of the story make sense. Because I’m not really sure what part of the body that is—you have a stomach, and you have stuff that’s not a stomach...

26-year old stripper Stefani Talbott claims she’s been having an affair with Fox after meeting him at the Stars Cabaret, the strip where she works in Bend, Oregon.
Hollyscoop can report exclusively that Fox and his family relocated to Bend from Manhattan Beach, CA a couple of years ago after deciding it was the perfect place to live during hiatus from Lost, which shoots in Hawaii.
Talbott tells the National Enquirer, "Yes, I've been having an affair with Matthew Fox. We had sex together. I've kept voice mails and text messages from him."
Stefani claims the two started talking one night when she was onstage. “I was dancing onstage, and I made eye contact with him immediately. I got so excited. He asked me, ‘Why are you working in a place like this?’ I told him that I am a single mom and needed the money.”
She also claims Fox didn’t tell her to keep it a secret. Hollyscoop has contacted Fox’s rep for a statement denying the affair, and we are still awaiting a comment. Story developing…
