Mark Ruffalo's Brothers Death Ruled a Homicide

The death of Mark Ruffalo’s brother Scott has officially been ruled a homicide by the Los Angeles County Coroner’s Office.

Coroner’s spokesman Craig Harvey says an investigation closed Wednesday determined that someone shot 39-year-old Scott M. Ruffalo in the head.

Beverly Hills police arrested, but later released, 26-year-old Shaha Mishaal Adham, who was suspected of the shooting. They have not publicly named any other suspects.

In an email, Adham's lawyer, Ronald Richards, wrote, "The only two eye witnesses to the shooting saw the same thing, a gunshot wound to the left side of the head, while one of them saw him pull the trigger. They saw the gun in his left hand after the shot was fired."

Wow, this is scary. So if the two original suspects didn’t do it, that means someone out there is just praying they don’t get caught. Police have yet to release a motive in the case, or any further details, but we’ll keep you updated on this developing story.
