Scott Ruffalo, 39, the brother of actor
Mark Ruffalo, passed away last night after suffering a gunshot wound to the back of his head.
Beverly Hills Police Sgt. Renato Moreno said Scott Ruffalo died late Monday night at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center in Los Angeles, as reported by
TMZ.
Brian Scofield, 29, who was named a "person of interest" and Shaha Mishaal Adham, 26, who was named a "suspect" in the shooting both turned themselves in to Beverly Hills Police Department yesterday and are currently under custody. Adham is being held without bail.
Scott was shot in the back of the head execution-style on December 1st at the condo he lived in on North Palm Drive in Beverly Hills. The family has yet to release a statement about the death, but our condolences go out to the family and friends. Such a tragic story.
