Mark Ruffalo's Brothers Death Ruled a Homicide

The death of Mark Ruffalo’s brother Scott has officially been ruled a homicide by the Los Angeles County Coroner’s Office.

Coroner’s spokesman Craig Harvey says an investigation closed Wednesday determined that someone shot 39-year-old Scott M. Ruffalo in the head.

Beverly Hills police arrested, but later released, 26-year-old Shaha Mishaal Adham, who was suspected of the shooting. They have not publicly named any other suspects.

Wow, we didn't see this one coming. Shaha Mishaal Adham, who was the main suspect in the Scott Ruffalo shooting was "released and cleared of all wrongdoing."

She was being held because authorities believed she was a person of interest in the case. Attorney Ronald Richards told The Associated Press that he provided evidence proving that Adham did not shoot Scott Ruffalo and that she merely witnessed him playing a game of Russian Roulette.

The mystery behind Mark Ruffalo's brother’s death has resulted a full-blown police investigation. Scott Ruffalo, who was shot in the back of his head execution style on December 1st, passed away last night after being in critical condition for a week.

We're sad to report that Scott Ruffalo, 39, the brother of actor Mark Ruffalo, passed away last night after suffering a gunshot wound to the back of his head.

Beverly Hills Police Sgt. Renato Moreno said Scott Ruffalo died late Monday night at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center in Los Angeles, as reported by TMZ.
