Mark Cuban Accused with Insider Trading!

According to CNBC, The Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) has accused Mark with insider trading for selling 600,000 shares of Internet search engine company Mamma.com. The report alleges Cuban agreed to keep the info confidential after participating in the stock. But the company alleges Mark then told his broker to sell his entire position in the company before the public offering, which saved him a lot of money.
