Here we go again! Ok! Magazine is reporting that Mario Lopez and Karina Smirnoff have definitely called it quits. The two were just seen frolicking in Miami, but that may have been the last hurrah for them.

Mario says he won't have a free day til September, between rehearsals for A Chorus Line, as well as promoting a fitness book and gearing up for the second season of America's Next Dance Crew.
