Before this big PR stunt of a wedding, Mariah Carey used to actually be a private star. Mimi was in a four year relationship with music producer Mark Sudack up until the beginning of this year.
Sudack's friends are reportedly really worried about him because he's not taking the news of Mariah getting married too well.
"Everyone is scared to call him because no one knows what to say. He never thought she would go off and marry someone else. He's heartbroken and shocked."
Mark even produced Mariah's album E=MC2. Talk about getting shafted!
