You mean having two human beings stretch your body beyond repair with the impending doom of having them ripped from your crotch isn’t totally fun?
Mariah Carey appeared on HSN, where she admitted that her “47-week” pregnancy was “a really difficult time.”
"I was so uncomfortable," she said. "I'm kind of proud of myself. I really am -- sorry, pregnant with twins is different than anything! [People] were always saying to me, 'Oh, but it's all worth it!' Yeah, but it's easy to say when you're not the one whose feet are this big! It turned into, like, a really difficult time."
I know Mariah Carey is not the first person to have twins, but I can’t really blame her for complaining. You saw how big her stomach was—that was just wrong. Mariah’s belly got so big, it had its own gravitational pull.
Carey and her husband, Nick Cannon, welcomed their twins, Moroccan and Monroe, on April 30th, their third wedding anniversary. Carey also told one of the show’s callers that it was a “bleak” time.
“My body went through so much," Carey said. "Holding those twins in -- you have to keep them in as long as possible. It's a sacrifice you make for them. Literally I was like, 47-weeks pregnant. And anybody pregnant right now, there's push gifts here. Tell your baby-father."
