The Bahamas based villa where Mariah Carey and Nick Cannon tied the knot is going up for sale.

This wedding spot doubled as their vacation villa and looks like a mini hotel.

The house sits on the beach, I mean, the doors open onto the sand and is steps away from the ocean.

If you want to nab this wedding destination/vacation home, it will set you back $5.5 million! That’s all! Katy Perry paid more than that and she lives in the hills behind a Chevron in Los Angeles!

The luxury home boasts an impressive stone fireplace and a large barbecue area and some "gates of Olympia-style" marble terraces. This place looks like a resort and not a home!

There’s also a 40 foot swimming pool in the backyard, in case walking 40 feet to the ocean is just too much of a hassle.

Some of the bedrooms have their own private living room areas!

The mansion is situated in a private community and the only land access to the home is by a private helicopter or crossing over a bridge manned by a guard.

However, this island oasis is apparently old news for this music couple. The two just bought a $150,000 a month mega mansion in The Hamptons. Their temporary home boasts 7500 sq. ft and has six bedrooms, 6 ½ baths, an infinity pool, and a movie theater.

The couple plans to stay there for the summer, apparently taking a break for business or music endeavors altogether.
