Mariah Carey and Nick Cannon are officially married. They filed for a marriage license in the Caribbean island of Eleuthera.

It's valid anywhere in the world, so congrats to the couple for making it the real deal! Let's get a countdown going for the divorce. How long do you give them?

I can't believe all the negative comments. Are you all jealous?? I feel this marriage will last forever! They both are very talented and race and age has nothing to do with compatibility! Mariah has been single long time and this is only her second marriage. I am sure she would not jump into marriage is they were not in Love/ I wish them the BEST !

I agree. What's up with all the negativity. Mariah is bi-racial, so there is really no difference in race. Not that it matters. Besides, she only got ten years on the dude. Let's be realistic, take off the rose colored glasses and deal with the FACTS!! LOVE AND LUST ARE NOT THE SAME, although people use them interchangeably. R THEY IN LOVE, NO ONE KNOWS. Only time, (THE TRUE TESTER) will reveal that. Age, race, money, etc. have nothing to do with it, however, I recommend that people who are afluent and wealthy think with their heads and not hearts when marrying. I 've seen far too many well meaning, good intention persons change into vile, money hungry people when the divorce happens. All the ugly comes out. I'm sure you all can think of persons in Hollywood that fit this category.
