During a Wednesday night visit to 'Late Night with Jimmy Fallon,' Wintour spoke about this year's Metropolitan Museum Costume Institute Gala and Gaga's pre-show rituals, and a specific incident which didn't sit well with Wintour.
"We had Lady Gaga this year," said Wintour. "There was a moment when she was communing with God and she was praying in the back, waiting for God to tell her it was all right to go actually onstage."
Apparently Gaga had a very long chat with God, which clearly annoyed the real queen of fashion. "Fortunately he gave her the message after 45 minutes," she quipped.
Fallon jokingly replied, "I always talk to God, too -- whenever he says I can start the show. He books a lot of acts in New York City," he quipped.
"You know how to throw a party," he told Wintour. "It's so well organized. The biggest of the bigs in fashion, and everybody's got these beautiful gowns. You have a few drinks and then a crazy awesome performance."

Marc and his Brazilian boy toy Lorenzo Martone were married in a civil ceremony in France this past Sunday.
"He's totally excited," said an insider. "He said he's head-over-heels in love with Lorenzo. His life is coming together now."
There won't be a honeymoon for the newlyweds though, Marc is busy with his show for NY fashion week this coming September. Let's hope the marriage lasts until then.

"He's not been putting himself in good situations for the last three months," Austin told Page Six. "He's been the butt of jokes."
In regards to Marc's latest ex's, former "rent boy" Jason Preston, and gay porn star Erik Rhodes, Austin said, "Jason's only claim to fame is being Marc Jacobs' boyfriend, which he's not anymore."
Austin added, "He's a big star[bleep]er. Jason drops Marc's name to get into clubs or to get things he wants." About Rhodes, Austin said, "He's cool, I just don't want to be next in the food chain in that category because of my age."
So is he "worried" about him because he's bed hopping or is he worried about him for his alleged drug use? We're still a little confused.
