Madonna claims is responsible for her injury is now speaking out against the Pop queen claiming he wasn't even there when she fell from her horse.
Madonna had to be rushed to the hospital this weekend following an injury that occurred when she was thrown off the horse she was riding because the horse was frightened by the paparazzi who reportedly jumped out of the bushes to try to take a pic of Madonna.
Paparazzi Thomas Hinton admits that he was the only person taking Madonna's pictures, but insists he left before Madonna fell.
He told TMZ, "If I had startled the horse, I would have gotten pictures!"
Madonna's rep Liz Rosenberg Hinton of causing the fall, releasing a statement that read: "The accident occurred when the horse Madonna was riding was startled by paparazzi who jumped out of the bushes to photograph the singer who was visiting friends on Eastern Long Island over the weekend. Madonna will be having further tests and continues to remain under observation by doctors."
It's a game of he-said, she-said. While we don't know exactly what happened before she fell, Hinton should consider hiring a lawyer anyway. Not that it'll be any match for Madge's legal team, but better safe than sorry. What are your thoughts on the situation?
