Guy Ritchie and his model girlfriend Jacqui Ainsley have given birth to a baby boy. The couple welcomed their son via emergency caesarean at London’s Portland Hospital yesterday.
Ritchie and Madonna have two children together, Rocco, 11, and adopted David, 5. Even though Madonna and Ritchie had a bitter split in 2008 after 8 years of marriage, Madonna sent a bouquet of flowers to the new parents. Ritchie called Madonna yesterday to deliver the good news and Madonna was quick to off her congratulations.
A source tells the Daily Mirror, “Madonna sent her congratulations. Rocco, Lourdes and adopted youngsters David and Mercy are all being introduced to the new arrival within the next couple of weeks.”
“Both Guy and Madonna are determined to be grown-up about it and remain on friendly terms.” Says the source.
If I were 53 years old and my ex-husband just had a baby with a 29 year old model, I’d be bitter as f-ck. I wonder what the “source” has to say about that.
The Sherlock Holmes director says that he and his baby momma were just taking it easy once they found out Ainsley was pregnant.
“Jacqui was crying with joy when she found out she was pregnant. They went on holiday because Guy was determined she takes it easy. He won’t let her do anything more strenuous than argue over baby names.”
I’d say that downgrading from being married to the queen of pop music to dating a British model is “taking it easy”
Then again, since Madonna split with Ritchie, she’s been dating a 24-year-old French break-dancer named Brahim Zaibat. That’s easy. Too easy.
Despite Madonna’s new lover, who I’m sure is a great dancer; Madonna gushed over Guy Ritchie and her first husband Sean Penn while promoting her film W.E. at the Venice Film Festival.
“I am and was attracted to very creative people which is why I married Sean Penn and Guy Ritchie, two very talented directors,” said Madonna. “They both encouraged me as a director and as a creative person to do what I did, and they were both very supportive.”
Watch out for Madonna’s break dancing career, I hear Brahim Zaibat is very “creative” and “supportive” and encouraging Madonna as an aspiring street dancer.
