Madonna wants Madonna gets!
Rumor has it that her adoption of little Mercy James will be approved as early as this Sunday.
Madonna's attorney's have reportedly persuaded three
of the Supreme Court of Appeal judges to approve the adoption.
A Court of Appeal source told The Sun: "The paperwork is being typed up now. All recommendations are in favour of the adoption taking place. Mercy should start packing her bags. She's off to America."
Madonna is apparently really excited and can't wait to take Mercy James to America. A friend of Madge said: "She's ecstatic. She made a promise that she wouldn't give up on Mercy and, believe me, she could move mountains when she's this determined. No stone has been left unturned to prove that ruling was wrong."
If you guys recall, her application to adopt Mercy James was initially rejected because she had not lived in Malawi for a min of 18 months which is one of the adoption laws in the country.
