While in Malawi, Madonna was photographed with her eldest daughter Lourdes, and adopted Malawian son David Banda visiting the orphanage from which Madonna adopted David.
David seems to be enjoying his new life with new mommy Madonna. He was even photographed waving to the cameras.
Madonna is in Malawi to help oversee the building of a children’s health care center.
