Madge has reportedly won the residency battle which allows her to move her kids out of the U.K.,
The Sun reports.
Lourdes was already with Madge, but now David and Rocco will be joining their big sister in NYC.
This decision is temporary but it's gonna be made permanent shortly.
A source said: “Everything is going to be resolved in the next couple of weeks.
“Everything is going well. It's pretty amicable at the moment. Things are progressing.”
Imagine having to fly to another country every time you wanna see your dad? That's pretty sad, but that's the life of a celebrity right?
