Guy Ritchie said he didn't want any of
Madonna's money in the divorce, he's getting some! Guy is walking away with at least $76 million dollars, according to her rep Liz Rosenberg. Why would they release details like that? So Hollywood.
Rosenberg told The Associated Press the settlement was in the range of 50 million to 60 million pounds ($76 million to $92 million).
As part of their divorce agreement, the value of the couple's country home (estimated at $17.5 million) and their Ashcombe House in western England (estimated at $25 million) was figured into the settlement.
Rosenberg also said the couple's west London pub the "Punchbowl" would also remain with Ritchie. Madonna purchased the pub for $5 million dollars last year. After the two homes and the pub, Ritchie will still walk away with at least $28.5-44.5 million dollars. Not too shabby Guy.
"I'd assume it's one of the largest payouts ever in a divorce settlement," Rosenberg said. Actually Liz, it isn't. Michael Jordan settled his divorce from Juanita Vanoy for $150 million.
Why Madonna and her rep would release such private information is beyond us. Guess that's the price she was willing to pay to get out of her marriage and hook up with A-Rod. That's one expensive breakup.
