Can someone tell this woman to take a day off?! Madonna was photographed leaving the Kabbalah Centre with her kids last night in New York City looking like she's at deaths door.

Madge is reportedly on the verge of a breakdown due to her intense tour training. She's also reportedly suffering from anemia and a knee injury.

Sources close to the pop Queen say, "Madonna is doing less than OK. She has been rehearsing for the tour and she is totally miserable. She’s down physically and mentally."

Her entire face has caved in! That doesn't look normal--or healthy. Someone needs a vaca asap!

Botox face and just look at her arm!!! I know she works out, but that is not normal. She noticeably has this bulge poking from her arm...it's disgusting. I admire Madonna for all her hardwork but come on, just let yourself age gracefully and stop injecting your face!

This screams, "bad botox"! She looks like she can't even move her mouth. Either that or she had something done to her cheeks - either way it's not natural. Nothing on her is, look at the hair. Also, she needs to stop with the weight lifting regimen. Her arms actually look worse than angelina's and I didn't think that was possible!

Am I crazy? I don't think she looks bad. Tired, yes. I think we aren't used to seeing celebs un-airbrushed. She looks casual, natural and pretty.
