Alex Rodriguez in NYC on Tuesday night at Dos Caminos Third Avenue.
They sat in the back of the restaurant and appeared very cozy according to eyewitnesses. "

While Madonna has publicity denied any romance between them, A-Rod has gone out of his way to stay mum on the subject. We give it two days before Madonna's publicist releases some statement claiming they were discussing Kabbalah or Raising Malawi.
