Oh oh, here we go again! Madonna was reportedly spotted having dinner with Alex Rodriguez in NYC on Tuesday night at Dos Caminos Third Avenue.

They sat in the back of the restaurant and appeared very cozy according to eyewitnesses. "They seemed very close," a source told Us Weekly.
