The Madonna adoption saga doesn't look like its gonna come to an end anytime soon. A judge has adjourned a hearing into Madonna's effort to adopt a Malawian baby until November 13. The judge ordered lawyers for a committee of human rights activists to prepare more arguments on their contention that the court should review the adoption process.
The Human Rights Consultative Committee, a coalition of 67 rights groups, has petitioned the court to make sure no Malawian laws have been broken in the adoption process. It also wants the court to make the committee a party to the adoption so it can help assess the pop singer's fitness as a mother.
Why is there such a big deal about this adoption process? I am pretty sure if Madonna wasn’t a superstar these court hearings wouldn’t take control in the first place. The bottom line is a child has been saved thanks to the pop singer so you morons need to get over it.
